Lolade (Lolly) Durotoye
Adviser to the Minister of Health. Government of Sierra Leone
Lolade (Lolly) Durotoye is currently Adviser to the Minister of Health. Government of Sierra Leone. She previously served as the Director of Health Policy and Government Engagement at Partners in Health (PIH) in Sierra Leone. She advises the Ministry of Health on the implementation of the National Health Sector Strategic Plan and coordinates with various partners to align health developmentl operations with national health priorities. She also co-leads the MOHS’ Governance and Leadership group and the national body of health NGOs.
Lolly has a diverse background in health sciences, international development, and the financial industry. She has worked as a consultant for private and non-profit organizations, a program specialist for UNFPA, and a lead technical consultant for peacebuilding programs in The Gambia. She has a BSc from Wake Forest University, an MSc from Drexel University, and a certificate from Harvard University.
