Yetunde Bankole-Bernard, or YBB, is a marketing communications expert and the Chief Experience Officer at The YBB Company, a Reinvention and Evolution agency. She helps individuals, companies, and teams to define their message and tell their unique stories from a place of authenticity and value. She is also an author, speaker, MBTI practitioner, and corporate image consultant. She works as the ‘Identity Coach’ but is experienced as ‘The Shifter’.

YBB offers a bespoke service tool called Recall, an identity solution for those seeking the ‘Next’ of their lives. She also organizes a yearly travel retreat called Find Your Next Self (FYNS) for leaders and teachers. She is the founder of Recall For Men, a virtual community for the young African man. She is also the Executive Director of Finchglow Group, a group of companies in the aviation, travel, and tour industry. She is a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria and GAIA Africa. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge on ‘living and leading authentically’.
