Ayomide Akindolie is an experienced strategy and insights professional, with a progressive career
leading and supporting teams developing actionable insights and designing strategies for businesses
across Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Sectors of experience include agriculture, consumer goods,
technology and financial services. She has served a range of organisations, including large corporates
and Fortune 500 companies, governments, multilaterals and foundations. Her functional expertise
includes market entry and expansion, human-centred design, organizational restructuring, process
improvement and monitoring & evaluation.
Ayomide is a seasoned thought partner and a strong communicator with experience engaging dynamic,
multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, as well as C-suite and board-level executives. Other
extensions of her leadership experience include advisory support to startups and speaking
engagements.
In a volunteer capacity, Ayomide has also served as an advisor to start-ups on different platforms, including
The United Nations World Food Program and Jack Ma Foundation’s Africa Business Heroes.
Ayomide is passionate about coaching/mentoring, and deploying leadership best practices to support
optimum team performance. She is a travel and art enthusiast, landscape and documentary-style
photographer and is super keen on interior design and space optimisation. She is a chartered accountant, with a degree in Accounting from Covenant.
