Meka Elijah is a solutionist and natural strategist with experience in logistics aviation, retail, and manufacturing primarily in corporate finance roles with responsibility of over $1B in revenue across multiple industries. Meka is currently a Strategy Manager at Delta Air Lines and is also an entrepreneur that owns Life With Meka – a life coaching agency that empowers minority women to become the best version of themselves through accountability and action.
Meka holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Mass Communication from Grambling State University and an MBA at Texas A&M University.
Recently, Meka was selected and completed the United Way of Greater Atlanta Volunteer Involvement Program, which is a 10 week – 30 hour program focused on developing effective board members. She also graduated from Leadership Manhattan while living in Manhattan, KS. This program focuses on professional and civic leadership. She often engaged with local and state governments officials during the program.
Meka is a mom to two amazing kids, Bryleigh Rae and Ryder Cruz. She is a proud dance mom to Bryleigh and “soon to be” baseball mom to Ryder. She’s been married to her husband, Keidrick, for 14 years.
