Dr Kara King is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist with nearly two decades of experience and

currently works at Kaiser Permanente in the Bay Area of North California. Dr. King serves as Assistant Chief

of Staff for Maternal/Child Health and is the lead robotics surgeon for Complex Benign Gynecologic surgery. Dr King graduated from Duke University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Duke as well. She has a master’s in public health with a focus on Maternal and Child Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and loves spending time with her husband, two children, and their newly adopted Labradoodle.
