Tosin Durotoye
Tosin Durotoye is an innovation strategist, social impact leader, and the founder of The Bloom Africa—a diaspora-driven, Africa-focused, and girl-centered nonprofit supporting Black girls and women from girlhood to global leadership. Since launching the organization, she has helped build programs that have reached tens of thousands of girls and women across Africa and the diaspora through education, leadership development, economic opportunity, and dignity-centered initiatives.
With nearly two decades of experience across the public and private sectors, Tosin’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, community building, and systems change. She has led initiatives spanning workforce development, entrepreneurship, period equity, and youth leadership, with a strong focus on designing scalable models that connect diaspora resources to community-led impact.
Tosin is a certified professional coach, mentor, and trusted advisor to emerging leaders. She is deeply committed to building values-led communities and sustainable pipelines that empower women and girls to lead, give back, and create change where they live.
